I had a very bad experience with them. They delivered for me plasterboard pink and it was very bad quality i call them and they denied it and was very rude with me.
Just want to say that Becky at busy bees is awesome. It issue to her customer services initially that I have stayed at busy bees with almost 75% of our products. These guys are just fantastic, ordered lots of building materials 2 days before Christmas and they managed to deliver in the same day, actually within two hours only.. superb services and very, very reliable.
Previously I've left 5 stars as the guys I've met behind the counter, in the office, in the yard, or delivery, are brilliant.. prices are ok too, Until I've met with the Cow Boy in charge... Now I will be closing my account and most probably TODAY, after meeting him on Saturday and it was the first time I've dealt with him. I've been in this game for over 40 years and seen them all, but he'll probably be the rudest of them all. Managers are the one you expect them to be the most smiley, chatty, flexible, and friendly, BUT he is NOT and why would you go to a store with a MEAN manager who wouldn't even reply to a GOOD MORNING, cause whatever you do you will be miss treated or disrespect one way or another.
Team are very friendly and helpful. Never any problems that can't be solved. Good prices and next day or sometimes even same day deliveries. Highly recommended!! You can't go wrong!!
