   We have been coming to Steven Stone for over 20 years, initially to buy our wedding rings. I contacted the Hale store recently when I lost the centre emerald cut diamond in my late grandmother's ring. From start to finish David and his team provided a superb service and made sure the replacement stone and new setting were as true to the original as possible. David's attention to detail and knowledge regarding how the new ring would look was second to none.    I contacted Steven Stone to order an engagement ring for my girlfriend before recently travelling to New York to celebrate a significant milestone birthday and having decided to use the opportunity to propose whilst there. I had a vague idea of what type of ring I thought she would like and as we were less than a month from travelling I made an immediate appointment to see Jason in the Hale store. He pulled out all the stops to ensure the ring was made in time for the trip and made suggestions on the the choice of diamond and mounting which was perfect and my fiancée was absolutely thrilled when she received it. Thank you Jason, Hannah, David, Sam and the rest of the team for all your help and we look forward to visiting you again to obtain our matching wedding bands.

   Going into Steven Stone, I sort of had an idea of the engagement ring I wanted, at least in my head. David guided me through the design process step by step, showing me different variations and options to make the perfect ring. It didn't take long to create a ring that was absolutely stunning, unique and well within my budget. Most importantly my fiancé adores it! She was taken aback by how impressive it is. She loves that I designed it and has told anyone who'll listen to her all about it. I simply couldn't find a better ring on the High Street and if I did, I certainly wouldn't have been able to afford it.    My experience with Molly at Steven Stone could not have better. From when I initially walked through the door, to when I returned with my fiancé for the ring size adjustment, it was perfect. Her advice and expertise were second to non, she listened to my ideas and gave me some great suggestions. I live 2 hours away from the store and Molly’s updates, while the ring was being made, really put me at ease.
