   Exceptional customer experience delivered by Melanie and Tia. Their professionalism and skill made my day. Melanie searched the length and breadth of the country to find a ring that didn’t even exist, keeping me informed in a back and fourth over the phone. She was the set up. Then Tia knocked them all down by ensuring I didn’t have to travel across country on a tight time frame. She took the ring off sale, organised an invoice and got the item shipped immediately. The pair made me feel like H. Samuel were my own private jewellers. Thank you both, and thank you H.Samuel. I’m thrilled!

   Spent few hundreds in a H Samuels ring, which loses stoneS twice a year even if the ring is only worn for events! Be careful, if you pay for a repair there is no warranty on the work ! Any issue after ? You need to pay for again and again!! "No warranty, but you can pay for the repair", shame to have such a poor service and poor quality products for the price. Keep your money for better products in other jewelry shops.

   Not a good experience. Bought a ring in 2020, a stone fell off a year after, fair enough I am going to the store to repair it. I am paying the repair as I was no longer within the warranty. The ring came back and a lady confirmed there is a 1 year warranty from this moment. 6 months after having replaced the missing stone another one fell off and I have been told it's because the ring is no longer round so the stones will fall. Are my finger not round enough ? I am barely wearing the ring being afraid of losing stones. I HAVE to pay again to replace the missing stone as the warranty is not working on a different stone? Either the staff needs to agree on what they are saying to the customer or they need to stop selling rubbish jewelry with high prices to make people believe it's good quality. Additionally, when the ring first went for repair I have been advised the other stones were checked. Definitely do not recommend this store, save you money and buy quality!
