Terrible experience at what should haver been the happiest time. Diamond fell out of ring on several occasions. When I asked for refund they called the police to have me removed from the shop. Rude, ruthless and horrible is the only way I can describe their service. I had to resort to legal action. So satisfying when they refunded the money.

Really professional and helpful. We bought both my engagement and wedding ring from the Manchester store. Can honestly say I've never seen a ring or a pair of rings as nice as mine.

Awful place. Don't even know how they are still running as a company. Theiving off old women trying to spend there hard earned money. When questioned they are abusive and try to kick you out the shop. When questioned again they threaten to ring the police. Even when your calm the owner offers you outside. There attitude is outrageous. Never before have I witness anything like it from any company. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM HERE!!!!!
