   Fantastic store: well stocked and staff are extremely helpful, proactive, friendly and professional. I was surprised by the product knowledge from John, the paint expert. He took me through the products and was able to recommend the best fit for my needs. Dan at the till kindly hid my bag with an order I collected from the store behind the counter before I went onto a hunt for paint (I was up late removing wallpaper the night before, and a little inattentive the next day). Every time I come to the store it’s a positive experience, I hope staff are well remunerated for their efforts.

   Total rubbish staff are as much use as chocolate tea pot and there one coat eggshell is not a one coat it is one coat after the first coat so I would advise going else where for paint as they lie about there paint Doves or Brewers is best places in Dorking for paint I wasted £25 on there unless paint never again stay away if you want good paint

   Counter (Pay & Collect) has now been removed as from 20/08/18. Listened to the customers reviews and pushed for it to be removed, the works have been completed. Electrical, Plumbing, Hardware, Lighting, Ladders and Stair Parts are now all displayed on the shop floor with access to all customers.
