We had our initial consultation with Jennifer and collected them with her too and she was so lovely. They even gave us a lovely bouquet of flowers when we collected the rings! Francesca and the team took their time to talk to me and walk through options without being rushed. Product knowledge was excellent.    The most perfect experience. Do not consider another jeweller without going and seeing these guys first. I travel from Nottingham to come and see these guys, as the service is the fine balance between professional and personable. Dan Cole has been amazing, and as far as I’m concerned will be only go to for anything jewellery. I’ve referred and recommended friends and colleagues, who have also confirmed they had the same experience. Theses guys have got it spot on, go see for yourself. A lovely placement in Altrincham and a stunning showroom are added bonus, but you will be made feel like an A lister.

   August 2019 - Bought a lovely Rolex watch from DMR Altrincham for my partner Jenny today. We were in the store for close on 2 hours trying different models. Diane Norbury was a lovely lady to deal with, friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended! I bought my first nice watch from David M Robinson all the way back in 1980s, our next purchase will be from them to!!

   Excellent service and choice of beautiful jewellery and watches. I finally decided to replace my much loved watch and I chose David M Robinson because I have used them previously and they have such a brilliant reputation. I was warmly greeted on arrival and assisted with my choice of watch. I also decided to take advantage of the interest free payments which was so easy. Dianne looked after me and made the experience very personal and special. I am delighted with my new watch and would highly recommend Dianne and her colleagues if you are looking for something special and a great purchase experience. I even received a valuation certificate in the post as a follow up which was a pleasant surprise. Thank you to the team for looking after me and making my experience memorable.
