   A big thanks to Alexis at Ernest Jones Warrington. I got a great service from her. My husband bought me a ring for Christmas from the store. We went in and I saw something that suited me better. They did not have my size. So Alexis arranged to have the ring in my size, couriered from Middleborough s branch. I now have a perfect ring in my size and it is absolutely beautiful. Alexis was kind, considerate and made the whole experience wonderful. She is a credit to the company and is a lovely person who was amazing to deal with.

   I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service that I have experienced for your Warrington store. I made an appointment a couple of weeks ago, for then to turn up to a closed store. I contacted customer services online and they didn't seem bothered and now turned up today and the store wasn't bothered. My partner is now really upset and has now decided to get our wedding jewellery elsewhere.
