   Very disappointed with my visit to h Samuel in Warrington golden square on Wednesday an assistant named Kirsty was very rude to me after Id ordered and been given the wrong watch I had to return to store and enquire if I could simple exchange the item to the right one but Kirsty told me with an attitude it couldn’t be done so I asked for a refund and wanted to repurchase the correct watch which had a price tag of £50 on it she then took the price tag and said no you can’t have that one. I was so confused as this was there mistake in the first place giving me the wrong watch so I just wanted a simple exchange I ended up with a refund and no watch because she was soo rude to me unhappy is a understatement.

   We’d just been into another jewellery shop and didn’t really get much help, so we popped into H.Samuel in Warrington, and I’m glad we did! Kirsty served us and was absolutely lovely. She knew exactly what she was doing and talking about, and within just a few minutes my jewellery came back looking like brand new, all sparkling and shiny!    Today we went in to get our wedding rings with our two girls. We had a lovely welcoming by Debbie. She was very helpful and made sure the ring and size was right for us. There was colouring sheets and pencils for the girls which they loved. This was lovely as we was able to get sorted whilst they was colouring. Debbie involved the girls which was lovely by giving them a bag for their colouring sheets to take home. Thanks so much Debbie.

   I took my daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time. Staff member Sam was so patient and lovely with my daughter. Sam offered her lots of reassurance and made the whole experience really special. The certificate, teddy and gift bag is a lovely touch. Excellent service and lovely staff. Recommended to my friends
