The owner is not only professional and friendly but also very knowledgeable and experienced in the craft of key cutting. The very best place to go for key-cutting (their keys always work smoothly) and for all of those small (and larger) hardware items and DIY essentials. I've have never been told that the item I wanted wasn't in stock. Plus, it is always service with a smile.
This is the best DIY-Hardware shop you can find in Acton. The store owner is a gentleman and offers an excellent customer service. I have recently taken up DIY work, and the store-owner takes his time to provide a lot of guidance and advice on usage of various products needed e.g., on casing for light-bulb switches, types of screw driver heads, gardening wares, sealant guns and many more. He really helps me to make an informed decision before a purchase - this is why I am a loyal patron of his.
Great little hardware shop filled with all kinds of things you didn't realise you needed! I had some keys cut here. The owner was very friendly and helpful and the prices were very reasonable. DIY shop where you can find anything you need. Family run businesses, excellent customer service and wide range of stock and key cutting. This shop has been there for years and I hope it continue to strive.
Great place, friendly people. I use them for the key cutting service but they also have a good range of general household items, cleaning, painting, DIY, lots of really useful things.
