Disappointed with the customer service. Bought a charm for my wife for Christmas on the advice of their staff as I know little to nothing about jewelry. Speaking to my mum I realised the one I purchased was meant for 2 people so I was hoping to exchange for the other charm I was looking at. When exchanging about 40 minutes later, I was told the £20 difference in price couldn't be refunded but would be put on credit. This credit runs out in 12 months and is only good in that one store so I wasn't very happy with this. I wasn't made aware off this policy before purchase. There is a sign but it's not visable from where I made my purchase. As the purchase was made with advice from their staff and it was less than an hour later I would think any store that puts customer satisfaction first would give me the refund for the diffence but the manager stuck to their guns. I've worked in customer service roles for years and would have never enforced a store policy detrimental to the customer in a situation like this. Especially as the purchase was made with bad advice from their staff. It seems to me the store prioritises short term gains over customer satisfaction. I would have become a regular customer as my wife collects the charms. I'll order direct from pandora from now on and recomend the rest of my family does the same. This kind of service seems really short sighted to me. Hope the loss of business was worth £20 to them.

Advice help and reassurance over a personal issue of mine right through to sssuuuuper fast processing my order online. Disappointing Service!!! Shame, as there are nice stock items online. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! No-one ever picks up the phone or responds to emails following an online order (yet, your auto email/fb response is please call the store number but it never gets picked up!!!) Received incorrect size that is stated on Precious website. Followed instructions to return it - paid for return cost, which due to it being store error, I am owed return cost - which I am STILL waiting for!! No-one has the decency to call or email back. Very rude, disappointing service indeed!!! I am not the sort of person who writes reviews or gets frustrated, but on this occasion I feel it is understandable for feeling this way!!

Never been to this store but my partner wanted some nomination charms for his mum for Christmas. The lady who served us was very helpful and even tho we were taking ages she didn't rush us at all unlike other jewellers we have visited in the past. They also sell pandora charms so partner for me 1 as a extra bonus for Christmas . Will definitely be visiting this store more in future

I am disgusted with the service I received, this morning at Precious Jewelers in Leigh. At the end of June I ordered a Pandora ring for my grandaughter as they did not have the right size in stock and they said they would let me know when it arrives in the shop . They rang me towards the end of July to say it was now in and had been reserved for me . When we went in to collect it and on paying I was told that it was not now £55 but £60. I could not believe it as I would have thought if you ordered something it would be at that price . I am so annoyed and disgusted in how I have been treated. I will never purchase anything else from there again .
