   Interesting experience. My first time going to a Wilko. I picked up a shower curtain for £4 which I thought was an excellent deal. I will however mention that on the day / time I went, a lot of shelves were empty and there was only two staff working the floor. I would recommend researching the product you would like to purchase online before heading to the store to ensure that the product is in stock.

   Since moving the area I’ve used this store regularly finding the general staff very helpful and friendly but today had a very bad experience. Tarama served us and we very rude front the off, ignoring our question completely while serving us and talking to another customer. Then speaking to another staff member “requesting a red search” presumingly accusing the staff of stealing in front of other staff and customers. Extremely bad service, unprofessional and hope she makes it to management for her own sake and that of her peers.

   A good overall store for household needs. Used to be cheaper. Also a lot of items are out of stock.

   Nice inexpensive shop with good quality goods. Shelves are fairly empty. Rumour has it that they are closing down some Wilko branches of their shops. Friendly customers (that day) and friendly helpful customer services. Self-service checkout points as well as Cashiers. These photos were upstairs inside the Kings Mall way above Wilko, where a lot of extensive renovations are undergoing construction. Nothing to do with Wilko shop. I guess my location was active.

   Absolutely love Wilko! Great prices and great products! Everything is clearly set out, everything is easy to find! The only thing I would say is that more staff need to be available for the tills when it's busy. But apart from that it's one of my faves.
