   The customers parked terribly in the car park, i parked my truck in here to be told to park on the main road, after moving i got out of my truck and was faced with a sighn do not park here...if they told the people to park properly, I wouldn't have to park eleagally.

   If I could give Lawsons six stars I would. Absoutely fabulous service this morning from a delighful chap who was incredibly helpful and courteous. Delivered on the day requested and done with grace and politeness. Helped that the delivery driver, Josh, is the great grandson of the Lawsons founder. If he's the future of the business then it's in great hands. Full marks and I'll be using them from here on in.

   Extraordinary service - both in providing the highest quality product and customer service. It is a delight to still be able to do business with a true, London-based family-run business who are both established and yet fully up to date and offering a genuinely competitive edge. Dealing with Josh and Anthony was very pleasant, friendly and straightforward in each interaction - even when it was just before their Christmas break. They solved problems caused from my side, because my project manager had vastly over-ordered composite decking and did not know how to organise its installation, but they kindly provided advice and then collected and fully reimbursed the surplus - no questions asked. Pure professionalism. The result is amazing and has completely transformed our garden! Such a delight and we would definitely use them again - we couldn't recommend them more.

   Went back here as we have ordered fence panels from Lawsons before and have known John Lawson for circa 60 years. Today the counter guy could not get his head round the fact the fence panels would fit 1.83m gaps yet somehow our posts are 1.86m apart. Easy enough to understand. He clearly could not be bothered to suggest what else in stock there would be a solution for our problem, and said "you don't mind if I serve this person do you?" then walked off to talk to someone else before we could answer! We wanted to ask about the prices of the sleepers outside in the yard because we thought that might solve our problem, but instead I just decided to walk out and order the things we need elsewhere. £456 lost guys, your customer service attitude stinks.

   What a contrast between the phone and online teams. Only phoned up to check availability of a product that is listed on the website (but which you can't add to basket) and after looking up the SKU the person at the other end just told me to email the company with exactly the same details I was phoning him with! He sounded like he wanted to get off the phone as quickly as possible without offering any advice or looking into the situation further himself. Completely disinterested and rather rude. Shame. However the online team were prompt and helpful. A real mismatch in customer service and not an efficient use of my time to have to phone and then email.

   Unbelievably fantastic customer service. I rang Lawsons in despair having been let down terribly by Sheds.co.uk (avoid like the plague). Lawsons answered phone immediately. confirmed they had a shed to fit my needs and delivered it the next day !!! Not only that, but delivery team could not have been more helpful. Went above and beyond to help me get parts from kerbside to front of house (down set of stairs). Cannot recommend highly enough
