Really helpful and friendly staff, they always explain things as someone who doesn’t know anything about DIY, and they try and offer you what you need rather than just what makes them money. I’ll always make an effort to come here and support them rather than go to tool station or equivalent.
This is the best hardware shop in town! I've recently moved to the area and I've visited this shop many times in the last two months - the shop owner and his sons are exceptionally helpful and friendly. There is just about everything you need stocked in the store and if you're unsure of what you need, you can explain your issue and leave with a solution. I'm super impressed by the quality of service and stock in this store. There is always a constant flow of customers so it's clear that many people feel the same. I defnitely won't be going to any other place - this place is unmatched!
Hired a Rug doctor and the service was first rate. Advice given on products to use with the tool. Demonstrated how to use the tool and the gadgets. Very friendly staff. The store itself is an Aladdin's cave of tools, supplies etc. Would definitely recommend.
Excellent service, a wide range of top-quality products, and knowledgeable, friendly staff. We much prefer buying all our maintenance supplies here over the big chains because the service truly makes a difference. Not only is the staff helpful in finding exactly what we need, but we also end up spending less, as each purchase is spot-on. Can’t recommend enough.
Fantastic store! I've been using them a number of time while refusing a insurance broker. They have been really helpful stocking everything you could need. They also have a fantastic history. It been a pleasure to be your customer and will hopefully stop by next time I'm in the area.

This is the BEST hardware shop ever, been coming ever since we moved to Tooting in 2009. The owners and staff are awesome. If you can't find it, always ask because 99.99% they will have what you're after!
Owner & son in law both very knowledgeable about DIY They always try & advice on the right products. A little bit expensive. But they do try & save you money buying the right products. Would recommend them.
wildly unprofessional. refusing to look up my details from a propane bottle deposit because I didn't keep the paper reciept from over a year previous. Then said they could exchange it but not refund the deposit....so I said exchange it, and I will just immediately return the full bottle. NO YOU CAN"T DO THAT!!! LOL. love when ripoff artists get caught in their own failed logic. avoid this place for gas bottles for sure!
