Customer service is disgusting at this branch, had an appointment to collect wood for custom fencing Robin shut the gate in my face and deliberately ignored the advanced calls i made to inform them im late, the workers don't want to work they just want the hourly wage for floating around and street attitude from staff no wonder its queen's Park branch
Some of the best customer service I've received in a long time, Lovely group of staff very friendly and approachable easy to talk to and they knew the answers to all my questions. Amazing delivery time and turned up on site before my workers so i have nothing to say but thank you and I will definitely be back! Brilliant service and quality of materials was perfect. For a first time customer I am over the moon with my experience in this branch.

Come into Queens Park at the last minute to fulfil a late order by our customer. I went in and Dale served me. All I can say is that I am very impressed as he was professional, polite, and couldn’t be more helpful. As a company we spend lots of money at Travis and people like Dale are the reason why. He got all the things I needed, professionally, in a friendly manner and all in time to close the shop at 5pm. Credit to Travis Perkins.
Had been to Kensal Rise branch for step ladders, didn't have any, they sent me to Queens Park, who also said they didn't have any, waste of time. Also other parts out of stock, won't be using them again.
