   Fake sterling silver. When photo evidence provided they made excuses and said they dont cover tarnishing or allergies cover and asked me to pay an additional £10 for a replacement. Why in the world would I pay more for shoddy workmanship and items being missold as sterling silver when it clearly is not! Disgraceful company. Wont ever be ordering from this company again!

   Ordered a ring for my wife's birthday, ordered it 12 days prior to her birthday. Her birthday has now passed and no replies to my messages chasing up the order. Best to look elsewhere, very poor service. My sister in law also had similar issues, she paid for 48hr delivery and it took 7 days to be received and refund for the extra postage costs was refused!

   Fantastic jewellery and company! I’ve ordered 4 times and will definatley be ordering again. Quality of the items are amazing and such high quality. Had so many compliments since wearing them. Speedy delivery also. If you see her doing the live videos on Instagram/tik tok then make sure to watch them as no other company shows you the items and how they look before you buy them. Very highly recommend this company
