   We ordered 52 packs of Quick-Step SIG4762 flooring along with the matching Incizo in person on Saturday, 30th August 2025. The order was delivered on the 3rd of September—one day later than originally promised, but this was well communicated during the delivery period. Our Quick-Step master installer praised the quality of the boards, and we were equally impressed with how they looked once installed. After the project, we returned five unused packs of flooring and received our refund within three weeks. Overall, it was a very positive experience. We would use their service again in the future.

   I’m writing from premier quality construction Ltd. Have been calling costumer services at last 10 times for refund process £311.04 and all the times they said will call in one hour and never came back to us! When we call them other time very angry and assuming not their problem but their account! At last we never had any refund process confirmation!! For at last 6 weeks!! Now we’re going in legal way for this! I would never recommend to other people to order them!! You will get very disappointed with their service!

   Bought from their showroom near staples corner - straighforward to deal with. Ivan was even kind enough to lend me his floor board samples so I can see a what the wood looks like at home using a bigger sample. Lots of options at their showroom too - sadly I was limited by options that are readily in stock so could not explore the ones where the manufacturers have longer lead times.

   Bought 33 packs of engineered flooring on a Tuesday and it arrived the following Monday. Really good quality and was able to return 7 unused packs. Will definitely use them again for future flooring needs. Thanks again to Ivan and his team for all the help.

   Zero stars. Two second the terrible review of Thomas below (and others). This company is terrible. Avoid at all measures. I, too have had a shocking experience with this company. They are now not answering emails or calling back. Firstly they took full payment of Order 77936 (before they say it's not a real order on here) for over £2k (23 packs of Quickstep) when they did not actually have the product in stock. They then couldn't tell me when it would be delivered, despite paying for express delivery. They delivered a month late. Once it arrived at least two full packs worth of boards were extremely damaged (broken edges) despite the packaging being in fine condition. According to the Flooring Company, these 'boards are fine to use'. Not fit for purpose in my opinion. Nor is it how they were advertised. There are several boards that are also different colours to the rest of the flooring, so unusable. When trying to engage with the Flooring Centre about the complaint (several times) and sub standard products bought, they are simply blaming everyone but themselves for the damage and refusing to do anything about it — despite photographing the damage, documenting, answering all of their questions and trying to have a civil conversation. What more can you do as a customer? I am now left with missing flooring and no answers from this terrible company. DO NOT USE.

   I purchased central heating pipe collars following the replacement of some carpets and these fitted very well with virtualy no sign of the join. A bit fiddly to fit however a good result when completed. Please note that the cost does not include VAT and delivery therefore this needs to be factored into the overall cost. Good prompt service and would recommend the supplier.

   Utterly terrible service from this company. We bought 17 packs of flooring from them. Two were of a much darker colour than the others, and a third was of a different product entirely! After spending many hours on the phone with them, this still hasn't been resolved, with customer service reps failing to call us back, calling us liars, and sending out a single pack of flooring as a 'gesture of goodwill'. Totally disreputable. Don't touch this company. Edit: Two days after I posted this review the owner responded saying that they have no customer with my name and can I provide an order number, not acknowledging that I've already posted a picture of my invoice which includes the order number along with my review! (It's 74862, but they knew that already.) Such shady practices need to be recognised. Second edit: This company has continued to refuse to resolve this issue, and have now resorted to threatening libel action against me because of this review! "We are pressing with legal actions against you/and the client for libel and will be seeking defamation damages for putting the name of our company to disrepute." I stand by everything I've said in this review - it's all verifiably true - and it's clear to me that the Flooring Centre needs no help in bringing themselves into disrepute.
