   I ordered a product from Camden Tools. After waiting a long time to receive it, I enquired to the company as to where it was. I was told that it was delivered to my address. I did not receive it and none of my neighbours did as well. All the tracking information said that the shipment was in progress and I did not receive an email from the delivery company indicating my package being delivered. I had multiple conversations with their "customer service" person and she took the fake notice of delivery from the local company as final. I have not received my refund for my "lost" purchase and I would not recommend these folks for anything.

   I am super pleased with the customer service with Camden tools. I live in Portugal and wanted a particular paint which I couldn't source here. Sara was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure the courier arrived. I am one very happy customer.

   Place an order on 10th of December for a Christmas present which stayed it would be delivered within 5 working days. Nothing was delivered and there were no updates whatsoever. I contacted them after Christmas and there was no explanation or apology they just provided a refund. Disgusting customer service. I would avoid. Having read your response, what you state is not true and I have still not received a refund. I am not aware of any delivery problem. Camden Tools have not contacted me at all. Please send the refund!
