   Always great vibes at this place, can't think of a night out where this hasn't been the go to ! Solid range of drinks. From my experience, Ellie (the blue haired one) in particular is a pleasure to be served by, great banter and efficient as hell. The rest of the staff could definitely learn a lot from her attitude ! I mean she serves and she SERVES, you know what I mean. Anyways, would recommend this place to anyone.

   Isabell was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly and welcoming. Every drink she made was spot on and she went out of her way to make sure everyone felt taken care of. Her energy, professionalism, and warm personality made the whole experience so much better. If you’re lucky enough to have Isabell behind the bar, you know you’re in great hands!

   If you're looking for a fantastic night out in Worcester, Bierkeller is the only way to go! Ellie (blue hair) is an amazing member of staff the team are very lucky to have -- although all staff are helpful and quick, Ellie just goes above and beyond! Such a vibe here fr.

   Isabell was amazing! From the moment I arrived, she was super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. She had a great energy, kept the drinks flowing, and made the whole experience really enjoyable. You can tell she cares about giving great service.    Door staff are outrageous and manhandle women and men when they are willing to leave. Their rule for no drinks outside leaves it open for spiking. Will not be returning here again. Couldn’t even bring a glass of water outside without the bouncers grabbing a female and throwing her about. Witnessed them launch a friend down the stairs. Outrageous and poorly handled. Would not recommend. Place should be shut down for abuse of authority and power.

   Had a nice VIP table with 7 friends. It was £150 for a bottle of vodka and free entry and we didn't have to queue. The service could've been faster but it was busy and the waitress was very polite and found me a phone charger when mine died. 4 stars will book again for my birthday

   An upmarket addition to Worcester's night scene. Looks and feels premium but has good value drinks, even on a Saturday. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and polite. This is an INFINITELY safer and more enjoyable place to go than the building's previous occupiers.

   The best night club in Worcester. Hands down the best night your going to have in Worcester, its new, its fresh. Go down and see for yourself what the place has to offer. Friendly door staff always having a laugh unlike some other venues in Worcester. Friendly bar staff always dancing around and having a good time with you. Everyone makes you feel welcome and safe and theres a little something for everyone here!
