I've had a few interactions with Dean at Jewson's Kenley this week; I can honestly say that they are keen to help and go the extra mile. His knowledge base was excellent and his customer service skills are fully worthy of this 5 star review. I will continue to use this branch and recommend their services.
I only needed three bags of sharp sand. I just got out the car and was immediately approached by someone working in the yard asking what i needed, I went in to pay, and just as i came out the same member of staff returned with the sand and loaded it in the car for me. The service was excellent, they had exactly what I needed and at a good price. I was very very impressed. Well done!
Customer service is awful! Prices have increased massively and the lady on the till is always grumpy. Won’t be going there again! Drastically needs improving.
Kenley Jewson's branch is absolutely first class. Cathy Noble and her team have been there for a long time and nothing is ever too much trouble. If they don't have it in stock they get it from another branch and deliver it to you when you need it. From in store staff to delivery drivers - they are Brilliant. I always use them as do my neighbours.
Quick Service, Helpful Staff. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted by the handy yard staff ready to assist my needs. clean yard and warehouse with all products stocked well. Good tool hire facilities and shop products. Happy to shop again.
Excellent Branch, Lots in stock, never let me down in the past & can order items in the next day usually. They have a great tool hire and can compete with any hire company. This branch competes with all the local independents.
