Has such a variety of different items, downstairs is great for the house..DIY heaven! There is a lift to the back of the store, left of the tills. There are also stairs near the entrance. Also has a Amazon locker. Store is always clean and presentable.
Stuff on shelves changed a lot in the 3 years since I last visited, also security guard on door which was new Still good prices though
Poor experience when buying goods on offer showing online & on the store shelf but at the till won't apply. 3 different staff taking an age to sort it. Not a single word of apology for the unnecessary wait & inconvenience.
It was a bit busy but they had enough staff to serve customers, choice of goods was a bit poor,but could be due to location,we know how hard it is to deliver with lorries in Central London...
Everything you need can be found here. There’s lots spread out over both levels. Staff seem friendly and helpful. Some shelves are a little bare and could do with more stock but they had everything I needed without having to look too hard. There are some amazing bargains to be had, especially with laundry and other household cleaning supplies!

I really like Wilkos, I find it a useful shop and the prices are good but this store needs straightening out. There are never enough staff in store and the queue to pay snakes around the aisles. Only one till takes cash (that was the case last time I visited) and as I was with an elderly relative who likes to pay with cash, we ended up putting the items down and walking out as it was taking too long. The shelves are often empty although I do understand there have been supply issues everywhere recently but the store could be neater - it all just feels a bit chaotic. The Kensington store was so nice when it opened - what happened?
A great store to buy most household items and including small DIY stuff. The variety is enormous and the prices are right and many bargains in the store. A very convenient location too right in the centre of town in the Broad Street Mall.
