   I was in the middle of ongoing renovations and had lots of questions, But every single member of staff went above and beyond to help me. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and gave great advice on all the products I needed. Their customer service was truly outstanding. I left feeling confident and well-supported, and I’ll definitely be back for future projects. Highly recommended!

   Staff helped as much as possible Was given wrong product which lead me to take back after deep discussion on phone. It was the fact that there data system was totally in a bad way. The work operative agreed to change my products I returned them money refounded. I then purchased further products got to the bay of stock only to find that they didn’t have in stock , which there wasn’t any compensation for my time. I’m very understanding but on this whole incident think regarding this as a customer I shouldn’t off been told that I should have brought back my item basically the next day. It wasn’t till I read the item realised then that I was misgiving products. Ok things happen but the to purchase items then after transactions time and effort to discover that items are not in stock isn’t my way way of doing business. There fore mis given a product Heap of time wasted Then purchasing items that are not in stock isn’t the way I intend to do business. Especially that I had to hold debates to get an exchange. Been buying for five years from this company That I’ve now got a lot of bookings after today’s experiences in this yard I certainly will not be useing this outfit. John Smith.

   After no help from staff and them then watching me limping around the shop on my sprained foot I found what I was looking for only to be told I could only pay by cash this shop is a complete joke !!!

   Customer service is shockingly bad, make sure you dont have any issues after your purchase because the staff are way to busy. On the plus side they are very efficient refering you to another colleague because they dont want to help you. Needless to say i wont shop in this branch anymore.

   What an amazing company . Big shout out to Martin for finding me some multifinish plaster . Having recently started chemotherapy I am mid way through a house extension and he helped me get this to finish it and relax in a clean environment. You are a true star and all the staff at Highgate are amazing . Thank you so much I won’t forget your kindness .

   Good selection and staff always friendly and helpful but it seems very pricey. I understand that running a store will mean things cost more than online and that’s ok as I can pick up there and then. However I cannot understand why things here are so much more expensive. I wanted to buy a 60cm spirit level and it cost about £50 here but £16 on Amazon for the same thing. To be honest I would have paid £25 for it. Not sure if it’s because I had no trade discount as a regular consumer?
