Always get good service from the staff who know their shop inside out and offer suggestions and advice when needed
This place is a rip off. It looks like the kind of place where you get good prices but it’s the opposite. Robert Dyas around the corner has better prices and more helpful service.
Great local hardware store. They always have what I need and are always super helpful when I need assistance. Today I gave a pretty rough description of a special type of screw that I needed and they were able to pinpoint exactly what would do the job. Thanks so much for helping a girl out!

This is a very useful shop and they have everything you may need for any DIY job or project. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and will help you find what you are looking for. Their prices are very reasonable and they always give a discount to their regular customers. I lived next door for 8 years and used it all the time.
Cannot recommend this shop enough. Staff are so friendly and kind and they go out of their way to help you with whatever you need to do. They also look for the best prices for you and are honest and informative about what the right product is for your needs. I will be switching all my usual DIY shopping spots to this place from now on.
Staff are so knowledgeable and super friendly. They proactively listen to you and ask open ended questions to solve your problem. Shops like these need to remain open as they serve a huge purpose to the general public. If It wasn’t for the employees I wouldn’t have known what to buy for my particular job. Thanks a million!!!
Amazing selection of tools and goods for all DIY jobs. Perfect place coupled with an amazing staff. One in particular guided me through 3 different tasks today since the tradesman I had hired left job half done. I never seen such patience from anyone before. Just Brilliant.
