   I recently visited Touch Ironmongery Ltd in Chelsea, London, and had a brilliant experience. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and the showroom is beautiful and well laid out. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They offer a wide range of products, from high-end to more affordable options, which made it easy to find exactly what we needed. We purchased all the ironmongery for our property, as well as electrical fittings, and were offered very competitive prices. They also supplied and professionally fitted a safe on site, which was handled seamlessly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely be using Touch Ironmongery Ltd for all my future projects. Highly recommended.

   From the start to finish I had a great experience. Went to several place down Fulham Road looking for handles and various bits for the doors. As soon as walked into the shop and spoken to Jim I knew I will find what I was looking for. Jim was very attentive, gave me lots of different choices and was extremely accommodating.
