    I had a disaster Service they’re supposed to deliver my goods yesterday. Made us to wait all day. I had five labour working for me because of them. They promised they’re going to do morning session which they didn’t every half an hour. They said it’s gone away on his way on his way by end of the day They said delivery time finish we can deliver to you the person who is in charge of delivery his name is Dani he’s been very horrible to me. Call me liar been racist to me also on the phone yes definitely no suggestion. This place anymore. I was going to buy probably more than Β£20,000 product After the experience I had of course I’m not going to anymore. I will try my best speak to every person I know for the experience I went through.

    For the second time now, we called them in advance to ask if they could do the cutting. They said yes, and we informed them that we would be coming in to have a few sheets cut. However, once we arrived, they claimed they were too busy and were not doing any unplanned cuts. What they need to understand is that tradespeople travel to their location and spend time, so it’s not only wasting our time but also our customers' time. This leaves us in a very awkward position with our clients. Do not just answer the call and say "yes" without considering the consequences. it affects not only us but also our clients, leading to wasted time, money and putting us in difficult situations to meet deadlines.

    Live locally & needed some in person advice for a relatively straight forward job. Always a bit intimidating walking into such a blokey environment but the lads in the yard were all helpful & Michael in the office was very helpful. He took the time to help & understand what I needed & as there was no cutting on site he got me quick delivery sorted for 2 days time. Have used in the past & will use again.

    Ok service I only bought one skinny plank of wood I desperately needed for something and it came to 20 quid? If I didn't need it so badly I would have gone to B&Q and paid 7 pounds for the same piece. I can't help thinking that I got ripped off so one star. Very expensive.

    After thrashing out telephone conversations and emails which took a while to finally get what I needed for shelving, the initial service was great as I was only after a simple set of scaffolding boards for cutting real easy and simple Michael and another gentlemen was incredibly helpful so we pushed forward.! delivery done, boards obtained, fab time to work, NO! this is when I realised all measurements I handed over for the boards where ignored, I spent Β£147.42 for 7 boards plus cutting and delivery but can’t use any of them.. I’m not sure whether there was an error or miscommunication with the cutting and lawsons or not but definitely not what I wanted to experience
