   Needed some new kit and popped in whilst on a business trip and spoke to a large, bald guy. Swear he said his name was Craig but my memory is worse than my ability to make gold from thin air. Wouldn't have looked out of place in a tattoo shop, but he really knew his stuff. He knew exactly what I needed from my terrible description of what I wanted. Couldn't fault the service or the prices to be fair. Highly recommended.

   I wasn't loving my usual Vape store. Everything left a horrible taste and the staff didn't know the devices or specs of them. So I was on the lookout for a new vape shop. I came across Prescot Vape and by heck do they know their stuff. I call them Vape Geeks because what they don't know about vapes - ain't worth knowing. All I can say these guys must go to sleep dreaming about vaping. Best vape shop city wide. You haven't sucked the best, until you have sucked Prescot's

   If I could give this place no stars I would the guy with the glasses he's very helpful but the other guy he's not helpful I bought an ecig a few weeks ago paid £45 an the box got binned not by my self an the ecig has broke the other guy behind the counter said they couldn't return without the box so there's £45 down the drain why didn't they just give me a new ecig the same make an put the the old ecig in the box

   Brilliant customer service my mod would not hold battery. You gave me a new charger plug that stll did not fix the problem. With my 90 day Warranty I have no question in my mind that you will replace my mod. But your customer service is fantastic and I am sure this is a one off other than that they are a brilliant service with a wide variety of fantastic requirements of service. I will be in tommorow for my new mod which you can claim from joy tech on insurance with no loss of earnings which is obviously a one off. Fantastic service polite staff and a genuine lovely experience.
