I bought a cartridge gun and realised we had the exact same one at home. I came back the same day, a couple of hours later, in same condition as I bought it, even including the plastic wrap around it and the receipt and asked nicely to the same woman (who clearly recognised me) for a refund and she simply said no. She didn’t even bother to inspect the gun. It is less than £5 but I would expect better service from a LOCAL SHOP.

I highly recommend Plough Homecraft. I love specialist shops like this and this place is such a great example to others. There are lots of high quality products on offer. The people running the shop are extremely helpful. Whenever I visit them they are so helpful and patient. I always need help and advice when buying the products available and I always feel that I am supported.
Very grateful for the assistance on two occasions I've shopped here, this lovely business properly go above and beyond in their efforts to help the novice in a fix. Seen them in action, that's just their M.O. The business is a massive asset to the area.
Great service and friendly staff. Usually have what you need in stock. Not sure what the odd reviews below about “business model” are about. Hey, they may be a quid more than Amazon, but they are local, pay some tax and don’t syphon all their profits to Luxembourg or Ireland.. If good service and honesty are outdated then I’m all for that.
