Honestly, she’s the Beyoncé of the vape world — flawless, fabulous, and probably powered by strawberry ice e-liquid. I came in for a bottle of juice and left with a full-blown education, a new best friend, and mild abandonment issues when I had to leave the shop. She’s got the patience of a saint, the banter of a stand-up comic, and the product knowledge of someone who may or may not have invented vaping. Still unconfirmed. If you go anywhere else, you’re doing it wrong. This shop isn’t just lucky to have her — they should be building a statue out the front. 10/10, would vape and chat again.

    Normally I can not recommend this place highly enough, but you really notice when John is not there. Bought a new Arch 5 vape 5 months ago and all of a sudden It started to fail for some reason. So I went back in today hopefully to see John and ask wether or not it can be repaired. (John is on holiday for two weeks) so I was served by his stand in who basically could not care less, told me “well it is four / five months old” I still have a vape that is three years old that I bought from this branch so I know they are supposed to last longer than that. Zero customer service from this lad and he really did appear not to give a S#%T. So much so two customers walked out. I have rated totally wicked wides 5* because normally it is fantastic. However judging by my experience I will only ever go in when I can be served by John as he seems to be the reason it is so popular. So I am now left with having to buy another vape and waiting for John to return to discuss the issues!!! I think John should branch out on his own because when he is not there the shop is a let down!!
