   I have been visiting Toolstation, Beckenham on a regular basis for nearly a year. It has become like a second home! Customer service is excellent and nothing is too much trouble. Items can be easily ordered, if not in stock and can be returned if not suitable. Michael Tasker served me today and has done on many previous occasions. He is a charming young man, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help. I was not rushed or made to feel a nuisance, especially when others were waiting. I am always treated with the utmost respect. I would also like to mention Ed, who has served me on many occasions in the past too. He has always been patient and helpful, especially when deciding which handles to choose as I was replacing all my internal door handles. It was no trouble for Ed to open several boxes of handles so I could make a decision. He also carried two huge tubs of Wallrock paste to my car, without hesitation. These two young men are a huge asset to Toolstation and I hope they will be rewarded for their excellent service. I have also been served by many other members of staff and all have given the same high standard of service. Well done guys and ladies! Thanks to all of you.

   I visited this store half an hour before they closed on a Saturday and both staff members Will and Dondre were very friendly and helpful. They served customers in front of me quick and efficiently. I had some questions about items I had seen online and they were incredibly informative. Really satisfied with the customer service in this branch, would 100% recommend! There is free parking available outside.

   On this particular visit to Toolstation Beckenham, I was served by Gerald, and it did not take me long to realise and discover that Gerald was a smashing bloke, a real life goodfella. Gerald was patient, pleasant, polite, professional, and very courteous. He had a fantastic sense of humour, which complimented his personal charm, and I was more than a little overwhelmed by his charisma. All in all, I found Gerald to be a most delightful chap, a real gent, a most charming fellow, the kind of bloke that you really want to meet. I found him to be extremely good at his job, and that says a lot about a chap these days. Thank you once again Gerald, for serving me, and handling the transaction today, it was a real pleasure, top man, brilliant and fantastic, a most superb choice of employee, Toolstation. I will look forward, and be most eager to be served by Gerald in the future. Here's to you my friend, gerry the gent.

   DARREN, the manager is running the store with great efficiency. Extremely helpful and always open to suggestions and helps out if items are out of stock. I never get a rushed feeling with ANYONE SERVING AT THE TILL. GREAT STORE, ONLY GREAT CAUSE OF GREAT STAFF.
