Very good customer service from an employee called Yilmaz, showed me where everything I needed was and made sure I was able to load everything in my van.
Be aware most of the people working on the till will not give you the discount. Not sure why., its like they are trained to avoid issuing a discount. This is the reason I am not shopping here anymore and go to builder depot.
Huseyin who was the manager was excellent all throughout my experience. Not really familiar with building stuff so he paid so much attention to me and my family and helped us get the correct items and his customer service was exceptional.

Being going to this store for years and always recieved great service. HOWEVER Today had the worst experience with "Jordan", requested a refund for items returned a week ago with their driver. His manner was soo condescending, literally implying that I was in some way not telling the truth and trying to claim a refund for something I didn't return.. He couldn't be bothered to look properly but was quick to judge and make accusations. No apology received. Clearly customer satisfaction don't stand for much here.
Was attended by Jordan today who was very polite, professional and a great help in helping me order a hardwood external door. He selected the supplier with shortest lead time as I needed the door ASAP. Very satisfied.

Had a second delivery from Selco Enfield Branch today The driver was a guy called Nick who was polite, friendly and helpful He wouldn’t let me lift any of the timber in case I hurt my back!!! His customer service skills are excellent and I look forward to him delivering further orders for me?!!! Thank you Nick, top man doing a top job!!!
