   Absolutely delighted with my purchase from NSG! The selection of tiles here is truly outstanding—by far the best in the area. I found the perfect styles for my kitchen and all three bathrooms, and the choice was incredible.    This is the second time we’ve used NSG for a quartz kitchen worktop and both times they have been fantastic. Frix and Dini were really helpful when I couldn’t make my mind up even arranging for me to see the bigger slabs at another location. I’m thrilled with what I chose it was exactly what I was after and the fitters were super helpful, friendly and did an amazing job too. I’d really recommend NSG - great prices, great people and most importantly great product!

   recently purchased 34 boxes of tiles from this company, and my experience has been incredibly disappointing. While attempting to cut the tiles, most of them broke. Initially, NSG tried to blame us for not cutting them properly, but we took the tiles to a professional cutting service. Unfortunately, we encountered the same problem there. My builder even went so far as to order a special machine designed specifically for these types of tiles, yet we continued to experience breakage. It soon became clear that the issue was not with our cutting techniques, but rather with the quality of the tiles themselves. When we brought this to the company's attention, we requested a refund for the 15 unopened boxes we had. However, they have been entirely unresponsive and unwilling to refund us for these untouched products. We paid £3,500 in cash upfront, and it’s incredibly frustrating that they refuse to accept responsibility for a clear quality issue. I am very disappointed with my experience and would advise others to stay away from this company if they want to avoid a similar situation.
