I walked in and placed a tiny order for some cut-to-size timber pieces to patch up old garden furniture. The sales assistant could not have been more helpful, despite being busy with a queue of builders undoubtedly placing bigger orders than mine. Everyone was so friendly and it was such an easy process to sort what I needed. I also spotted slatted panels and other items for upcoming home projects. Do not be put-off going in if you're simply an enthusiastic DIY-er; they're v happy to serve non-trade clients.

Proper, personal customer service from a fantastic local company. These guys know how to do business. I visited the warehouse and they took care of me from the moment I arrived. Delivery of what I needed came a couple of days later... All top quality wood (decking) and a very friendly driver. Will be ordering again.
Helpful experienced and informative team. No questions unanswered - and we had a few really annoying ones... right at the end of their shift! They helped us go through all the options to try and get best price and gave us a sample.
