   I order I deliver from the other selco in west gate alberton on monday and I need it some material for another job on Wednesday morning. And just because it was a different selco they bringing my delivery at 5pm . They are unbelievable rubbish services. I will give them a bi zero on the delivery and costumer care . Unbelievable rubbish

   Bought a #Gainsborough mono shower unit from Selco Catford, got a plumber to install it and he said it was faulty as water was flowing through it while switched off. Selco said they can't refund or replace it as they don't know how it was installed and to contact the manufactures, we did not buy from the manufacturers so Selco is ignoring the consumer rights act....DO NOT BUY ELECTRICS FROM HERE!!!

   I'll give you 2 stars although the trade desk customer service deserves only 1. This isn't the first time this happened, in addition i was served by the same person who doesn't wear her name tag so I had to ask other staff for her name. Her name was Karen. I understand the importance of manners but I come to this store to shop for building materials, not to be forcefully, rudely and unrightfully taught children's etiquette by someone who isn't displaying correct/polite etiquette herself. I asked for help politely and instead I heard what "my mom hasn't taught me" which was extremely unprofessional of her and I found very offensive. When I'm served by her colleagues I never have these sort of problems. They are always polite and my issues are resolved professionally.

   I think this is the worst selco ever they can't get anything right. The girls on the shop floor is great but is the people at the delivery desk. No one seems to know what they doing there. I am shopping there for years and they never get a delivery right or on time. I wouldn't be shopping there anymore.
