   Great staff and great yard guys who we have been getting on well with and intended using the branch for the large office refurb we have started. That was before we encountered a little upstart whose name I can’t remember who has no concept of how to deal with customers. We bought 50 plasterboards (plus) 80 the week before which we had pre-paid for and agreed to take 20 as we needed them to start work with the others to follow.we put them in the van and as we were leaving ,the little jobsworth (mentioned above) came running over to the van shouting his little head of about us being shoplifters and he was going to call the police.He then had egg on his face when he was shown prove of our purchase but didn’t have the balls or decency to apologise. Baring in mind in 3 days of going in there we had already spent over £4,000 and would have spent around another £25,000 over the length of the job but happy to say we won’t use that branch ever again and will also post this on our social media account to warn others about him.Give that branch a miss and go to St Pancras much more professional

   The reason of my negative review are very unprofessional customer service at the branch, specially on the desk. Waiting for paperwork (refund) for about 30 min as the “system fails” So left with some promises that someone will contact me shortly, they didn’t turn up unless i call them again. Got refund nearly within a week only.

   I used to use the Kingsland High St branch for work, and is now closed down. The next convenient branch for me to use is this one. It’s normally a better experience when you’re a regular face there, but I felt welcomed by the guys at the timber yard immediately! They saw me jump out the van after I parked up, and look towards their timber rack. They approached me instead of me approaching them... which was very efficient! It’s difficult to even make eye contact with one of them in other branches I’ve used. It’s not the biggest Travis Perkins I’ve been to, but it has a lot to offer.
