   Management need to give out some training. Terrible customer service. The rental desk is beyond incompetent. It's amazing TP still survives when the service is so poor and the prices are so high compared with better and more reliable merchants.

   My local TP Dalston is great, have developed a nice relationship with the staff over the years. Jan was able to make an inter-branch purchase and delivery for me at short notice. Ash from the hire section was able to provide solutions for my complicated projects.

   Good place to shop. Customer service is excellent. Staff in store and outside in the yard always available to help. They load heavy stuff into your motor if needed. I don't want to be biased please. Everyone I met are hands on deck but Samuel is excellent. Lol. I'd recommend this place. Keep it up guys.

   10 members of staff not a single person at the till. I am being charged x 5 usual prices on everything can someone atleast get up and rip me off? Sent inside for a blue ticket.... sent back outside for one once a member of staff eventually came to serve me. At all costs do try and go anywhere else but this Travis Perkins....

   Have been using the Dalston branch for about 8 months now for deliveries to various sites in London, and Essex and always found all the staff, especially Jack Farmer more than capable and efficient. Am advised if stock issues, or delivery issues, well in advance so we can make alternative plans on site, as well as if deliveries can be improved. Have no problem working together with the Dalston branch as our main Travis Perkins depot, and will continue t do so. More than happy with the service and knowledge and helpfulness of all at the branch. Well done and thank you TP Dalston for your support in challenging and difficult times for both them as our main supplier and us as a main contractor, with both logistical and material nightmares over the past and no doubt future times.

   Ordered 4 sheets of hardwood online for collection. Came into store and all the staff were more than helpful but only one sheet on the shelf. Got the other 3 refunded but talking to the staff it seems this is common and there is no good stock management system. I want to reiterate that the staff were lovely and incredibly helpful but the organisation needs to improve their stock taking to avoid bad customer experiences
