From initially dealing with Jesse (Sales) and then Auguste (Design)and then Rob (Installation Logistics ) to Nick (Fitting) .... each and every one of them has been spot on. The initial design of my own was transferred onto CAD which gave me the reassurance that I had chosen the right colour tiles to match my office and showroom aspirations which led on to the fitter Nick who was perfect giving me a chance to switch a couple of coloured tiles about personalising it even more and the quality of his work is unquestionably perfect. I would definitely recommend DCTUk and of course use them again and again.
I've been buying floor tiles from DCT for about 10 years now on a commercial basis for several buildings that I manage. DCT have always been really helpful with prices and the availability and fast delivery are absolutely great. I have found that at the end of any build project I have undertaken I have been able to wait until the last moment to order the floor tiles knowing the delivery will be quick and I wont have to store them anywhere. They arrive and go straight down. All contact I've had with the office has been really good, all the staff are friendly and helpful.
Amazing service and product. We just fitted out a new office and wanted to incorporate our company colours in the carpet tiles. Ross advised me which brands were in stock in the right colours and could be shipped the fastest. The website also advises how much adhesive is needed per tile, which was very handy as we would have bought too much. There was a small hiccup in delivery and Ross sorted this immediately. The longest he ever took to respond to me was 6 minutes, even out of office time, which meant the issue was rectified promptly. The carpet looks amazing and we are delighted - thank you!
