   I had an excellent experience at Topps Tiles Penge thanks to Laney. Although the store wasn’t due to open until 7:30, I arrived early on my way to a job and Laney kindly welcomed me in with a smile. She took the time to help me change the grout colour my customer had chosen, offering clear advice and guiding me to the right option. Her professionalism, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond made the whole process stress-free. Every time I visit, the team is consistently helpful, but Laney’s service on this occasion really stood out.

   On this early morning I was welcomed by two very friendly staff members Kate and Kellie. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Kate helped me get the adhesive into my car! For which I was very grateful as it was heavy! Thank you ladies. Superb customer service. I will be back for sure!!

   My car broke down as I pulled into their car park. Staff helped me move the car into a space and let me leave it there for 2 days whilst awaiting a mechanic. I can't praise them enough for their help at a really difficult time, as my friend had just lost her husband to COVID. They were unaware of this, so they must be this helpful all the time. Thank you guys, you're heroes.

   Kirk was so knowledgable, helpful, and friendly. We came in with a small gripe of a few chipped wall tiles, which he promptly replaced but also helped us select the best floor tile for our project. He was calm, cool, and smiley. He even personally drove to our home and dropped off our order when it came in after we told him we didn't have a car. Honestly, Topps is really lucky to have him. We'll be back in future! Thanks again to you, Kirk!

   I am a main contractor and have been to a few shops. Kirk was the single most helpful member of staff I have come across at a tile shop. He called many branches to ensure the tiles I requested are available, making numerous phone calls and emails on my behalf, all done with a smile. Furthermore when we went to old my car, we realised my car tyre was flat, he leant and helped me pump up my tyre. So I could get to a tyre shop safely. Highly recommend !!

   Business class service! Rob and Lewis so helpful guys. So impressed of them. They are people’s people. So helpful, patient, friendly, respectful and all of the good qualities.
