Would never use this company again, the attitude of the staff especially in the office is awful so rude, aggressive and disrespectful to everyone, slow service and no customer care whatsoever, vile individuals , just don’t bother

Poor parking, not worth the visit
Looking for tiles to match original. They couldn't help with that,but couldn't have been more helpful in giving me the details of a reclaim site. Thankyou they had plenty to match.
Would recommend! Dave was extremely helpful in assisting me to locate and order a certain tile I have been struggling to get as part of a roof repair job. He even managed to get the order from a depot closer to my location to ave on travel.
Staff goes extra mile to help with advice, they help calculate right amounts. I never had to re-order more or was left with too much spare. I had a very big roofing job recently (over 300sq mtr to re-tile) and it all went smooth thanks to the guys. Yard guys are always on hand and friendly, nothing seems to be a problem for them. There is also free pallet scheme that they run - at the front fence every day you can find different pallets ready to be collected without a charge.
Over estimated tiles for roof and refuse return.... My builder took in a drawing and dimensions, AllType estimated the number of low pitch tiles to be 160. After the completion, even with the usual breakages we had 60 left over - nearly 40%! I contacted them and the refused the return because they were special order. If I had estimated I would understand but this is disgraceful, their mistake and I end up paying. I won't go back
