   Marlon and Jason at ITS Walthamstow are absolutely outstanding. Their product knowledge is brilliant and they always take the time to help you find exactly what you need. The level of customer service they provide is rare and genuinely makes every visit easy and enjoyable. They are friendly efficient and clearly care about their customers which makes all the difference. I would not go anywhere else for tools or supplies because these two always go above and beyond. Highly recommended.

   I recently purchased several tools online, including a set that was supposed to come with a Veto bag and various tools. Unfortunately, some of the items did not match the description on the website. Instead of the Wera Hex Key set, I received a Wera Torx set, which I have no use for. On top of that, instead of the Stabila 96-2 M level, I got a tiny “mini” level that looks more like a toy than a professional tool. I am really disappointed. I’ve bought from them many times in-store with no issues, but this time I decided to shop online — and I truly regret it. I definitely cannot recommend their online service.

   I bought a Makita DHS680, which broke quickly. The store refused to replace it and sent it for repair, forcing me to buy a new one to continue working. Wasted time, money, and energy, plus total lack of professionalism. Not recommended.

   I called (around midday) to purchase a product and requested a Proforma Invoice (PI) to pay and collect the same day. Initially, they confirmed this was possible, However, by 15:56, they suddenly said I couldn’t collect unless I online via the website (click and collect)—completely contradicting their earlier statement. I was saving them money by reducing card charges and fraud risk. This wasted my entire day. I chose them over cheaper alternatives because I believed I could collect promptly. When I shared competitor links (since their website claims a "Price Promise"), they backtracked, saying they only price-match Toolstation and Screwfix. That’s not a real price promise—it’s nonsense. Even the price wasn’t as promised I decide to buy but at the end it didn’t happen. I’m leaving 2 stars only because the staff were polite. But politeness doesn’t make up for poor service, false promises, and wasted time.

   Do not purchase from this company! Terrible customer service. Terrible products. Charge £10 for returns. Unacceptable and by far the worst company I have dealt with after spending over 20k a year in tools I am glad only one tool was purchased through ITS.

   I have always purchased my power tools (makita) from ITS. After so many years for the first time I had a product fail on me quite quickly and after a quick phone call they sent me the same product for free the next day!. You can’t ask for more than that!! friendly reliable service especially when you need the tools for work no matter what it is! A big thanks to Jordan that was on the phone who had dealt with my issue. I will continue do business with these guys knowing the back up I have with my products I purchase! Many thanks- phil

   A very bad customer service, rude attitude, if you ask the advisor more than once a question he becomes nervous and nearly shouting for an extra question, I did have before a great service there, but today I am really upset with the advisor that has to help me, as it is his mission there, without saying that he doesn’t know even the tools that he sell, I did ask a question about the tool, and the answer I got is, I don’t know. For a purchase of over a 1000, it is not really nice.

   Went to buy a lot of things, but most of the things I wanted to buy were out of stock, hand tools and power tools for various trades. The sales advisor I delt with had 0% - 10% knowledge over most of the power tools, hand tools, etc, luckily, other colleague of his was around to help with that every time I was asking a question. I used to buy tools mainly from ITS 10 years ago. Then they changed they're store, added more branches, turned them into argos style. To my surprise, they're adding back a Showroom style so you can get a feel for power tools and such. I gave four stars for the potential that the store has, based on my last visit results, I would've gave three. Brutal honest opinion.
