I purchased some goods from the show room, whilst the sales assistant was good, the companies logistics are appalling, Item arrived without a delivery sheet and therefore the was no way of knowing if items were missing. Whilst installing the bathroom we discovered a £500 cabinet had not been delivered. This was eventually sorted out, we then discovered the side cover and toilet cabinet top was missing. Whilst the sales person was good, I requested to speak to the the director. The company director did not have the bottle to call back customers. I then again request a call back from the director however they still didn't have the bottle to call back customers. I have rated this review on the Directors ability to operate a telephone.
