   We recently had new carpets laid in four bedrooms in our house. The service was first class from start to finish. The staff in the showroom were very helpful and the fitters were excellent. The carpets are very good quality (at a very reasonable price). We shall certainly be using the company again to carpet the groud floor of the house and have no hestation in recommending to our friends and others. Graham amnd Tony

   Couldn't be more pleased with the service and quality of workmanship. From the first point of contact to completion. I found nothing but the best help, advice and service. The ladies in the shop, Jordan and Gemma, were a pleasure to deal with, they were patient, knowledgeable and gave sound advice. They were instrumental in why I chose AJR. The fitters Ben, Josh, Martin and Alex were without a doubt nothing but professional, polite, punctual and super attentive to detail and pride in their work, to the degree that they were not only tradesmen, but I considered them craftsmen! The team worked well together, efficiently and effectively. Everything went like clockwork, with no mishaps.

All great professionals. A special mention to Neil - who kept us well informed about installation and Stu & Jay who fitted the flooring - thanks for doing a brilliant job and being to polite and helpful. We recommend you to anyone who mentions they are looking for new flooring. Yes, maybe a tad more expensive but you get what you pay for and excellent after care service
