   Picked up some lovely Victorian effect tiles for an outdoor pathway, Aldo and his colleagues couldn't have been more helpful, and the store had an amazing selection of stock, with lots of unique tile types we hadn't seen elsewhere. Would highly recommend.

   I recently bought wall and floor tiles for my bathroom from Elite Tiles, and I'm extremely satisfied. The quality is fantastic, and the coordinated look of matte floor and glossy wall tiles from the same range is stunning. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the delivery was speedy. Great value for money! Highly recommend for bathroom renovations. Five stars!

   Bought some trims from these scammers. They were wrong size. When I came to exchange they didnt have the right size. When I asked for refund, they said they dont do refunds. So I wanted to exchange. When I asked for exchange they put the price up on each item. Luckily i checked and found out they were charing me extra £15 for nothing. Then thye told me it was system error. Will never go back to these scammers again.

   Beautiful Tiles. Would of bought if I had known about the sooner as the delivery time didn't work for me (I was last minute looking for tiles). I would highly recommend this shop. The manager was lovely and they've got tiles I've never seen before.

   The best thing about this place was a guy called Iggy who served us. I would give him 5 stars. The worst thing about this place is the owner, Jetmair, who unilaterally cancelled an order 2 days before delivery and thus meant we had to cancel our tile fitter which cost us time and delay. The most unprofessional and rudest person I had the misfortune to transact with. I suspect he could sell our tiles to someone else for more which is why he cancelled our order! He thinks by refunding my deposit, he’s doing me a favour. DO NOT SHOP HERE, unless your taking stock of delivery, as he’s liable to change his mind. Edit: Please dont hide behind the fact you refunded the amount. You did not request the full payment until we asked for delivery in January, when you requested full payment, I said I WOULD BUT YOU PREFERRED TO REFUND THE DEPOSIT, IN ORDER FOR YOU TO SELL IT FOR MORE. This was confirmed as the reason why the order was cancelled. You are highly unprofessional and let your customers down!!!

   Highly recommended one stop shop for all your tiling needs. We bought large format Spanish tiles and were promised first class porcelain tiles. Tiles were delivered free of charge and no deviation in flatness or straightness. They also stock very good adhesives and selection of trims, tiling tools etc. All in all very happy with the products and customer service. Thanks to Iggy, Jay and the rest of the team @ Elite tiles.
