   The staff here are outstanding. As someone who has spent thousands of pounds at Toolstation and their rivals, delivery, in store purchase, click and collect, you name it I've done it over a hundred time each, I think I'm qualified to say this store stands out twenty leagues above the rest. No rival. Why's that? The staff. Very high quality staff. Very good people and communication skills. I cannot give the staff here enough credit. Every single member of staff at this store is exemplary, friendly, helpful and always cheerful. Smooth operators, excellent people skills. You can easily see these guys take pride in what they do. Hats off to you guys, I hope you see this as you all honestly deserve a pay rise for the masterclass that's being run here. To put it into perspective, my closest Toolstation is Eltham Metro, I kid you not, I actually drive past Eltham Metro to go to Toolstation Lee because the guys at Lee are just so much more pleasant to deal with (don't bother with Eltham Metro Toolstation, I'd rather pull out my own teeth than go there). Big thank you to all staff at Toolstation Lee! You guys should seriously be rehired to train all the other stores across the country in how it should be done. Whilst I will shout out to Gary who I spoke to recently, I reiterate that everyone at Lee is outstanding so sorry I can't name you all individually! Cannot sing the guys here enough praise.

   Always outstanding customer service. I was in there this weekend (Saturday 13th January in the morning) asking for help, and Chas, who was finishing his shift stayed to help me and gave me a brilliant tip to help solve my problem. It worked! I went back two days later to pick up more things and asked for his name. The staff in there that night were equally brilliant too. I was the guy on the bike. Keep up the good work.
