   I would not even give them one star rating rude staff (Lee Hussey) has made sure I never shop at selco as he thinks he can be a bully as I had purchased my product I was exiting the store I forget one item by the till and he was very rude pushing me out of the store 7 mins before closing. He did not let me explain that I forgot an item and was constantly shouting store is closed and being intimidating by acting as the Secuirty of the store.

   Very bad experience. I arrived 4 minutes before closing time the item I needed to collect was next to the tills I was told sorry we are closed I told them the item is literally in front of me and there is still four minutes till closing the guy with the blue funny hair was really rude and just wouldn’t let me in. And then had the cheek to start laughing at me with his staff. I will never be going back and cancelling my membership.

   Fantastic builders merchants, great value trade products and literally hundreds of items in stock and ready to go. Kronospan laminate flooring is superb, really pleased with the quality and value. Service also first-class whenever I go to grab what's needed for renovations.

   Do not buy anything thinking you may return it in case you won't need it, because they will put you obstacles in this case trying to deter you. In my case, today I asked if I can return some brackets bought 10 days ago that I did not used it, the staff told me that they can not do it if I do not bring the invoice/proof of purchase. I told them that I am a trade customer, registred, and I can not buy anything from them if I do not have my customer number. I did have my customer number today, but not the invoice because I am making a lot of purchases and I can not keep a bunch of invoices or receipts with me for a month. I also told them that the purchase of the items was one week ago and should appear on my orders in their data base. I did not need a money refund either, just a credit note. No luck, thus. I will find the invoice which is with my accountant now, but I will remember that I had to waste few hours extra to return 40£ worth items. As well, I will keep in mind that anything that I buy it would be not worthing a return in case of not using it, so I will only buy what I am sure I need. I think I had weeks with 2000£ spent in Selco...
