Purchased a garden rake and took the trip to this store after being told "no" by another store near to me even though the website said they had 7 in stock. I phoned up this store before travelling, and the person on the phone assisted in finding the item and telling me the quantity, which gave me confidence. Have used this store before on many occasions and they have everything that you'd need.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service at Wicked Stores in Barking. I was kept waiting for 15 minutes before the manager even bothered to come over and deal with the situation. When he finally did, he spoke to me rudely and in a completely demeaning manner genuinely appalling behaviour from someone in a managerial position. When I asked for his name, despite standing less than two feet away, he repeatedly ignored me like a child. I had to follow him around the store asking multiple times before he eventually mumbled “Tochi” while walking off. This level of disrespect is shocking, and it’s clear they do not value their customers at all. I would not recommend using this store under any circumstances. You’re far better off going to one of the other wholesalers or suppliers in the area who actually know how to treat people properly.

I'm quite disappointed with the click and collect service at the Barking store. I placed my order online and went to pick it up, but when I arrived, my order wasn't ready, and I had to collect it myself from the aisles with a trolley. This defeats the purpose of the service, and I hope they improve this experience in the future.

I bought a kitchen unit one of them has missing parts but they are not replacing or refunding for no solid reason, order from other shop than barking avoid this shop I have called suport from last week to arrange replacement was keep postponing and support said shop say not replace because assembled Without parts how can we assembled ? They said we opened if we dont open how do we know its missing part? Even amazon I probably already finish return and refund and order another one. This is the third kitchen I ordered from wickes barking this is first time need to replace, but their service this time is so ridiculous Order from other shops than here I spent weeks keep calling customer service try to get this done

Dear all, I'm trade account holder. I bought tiles £466.00 from wicks Barking store. After my work one of my box of tiles was left and 4 trunking which I bought just last week wanted to refund. Just 2 days expired Tiles (Was intact and looking brand new). I turned to customer service assistant name Tony ( Indian background). With his angry face he told me that he will not refund it because of date. I just politely asked him why you're raising your voice? I'm your trade customer. With his continue shouting he told me that "you're customer not my God". I was really shocked. Sales Assistant Tony doesn't even know what's the differences between God and Human. It's really rude. I request to speak to duty Manager about his behaviour and refund. Trunking which I bought last week doesn't want to refund as well even not serve me. Also shown a small piece of paper and mentioned that paper his Manager and he left till. It was a long que. After waiting long time colleague name Khalil came and solved my problem. Khalil was so polite and help minded oriented. Because of Khalil behaviour I could give 5 stars but Mr Tony's behaviour hearted me so much. I strongly believe that Mr Tony 's need customer service training again.

Amazing customer service at the barking wickes extra. Rups from the trade counter desk really helped us out with our kitchen units. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to design a new kitchen and bathroom. The staff are really helpful and friendly.

Had everything we needed, service was poor, the cashier was using the f word with his mate across the floor whilst serving us, we had children with us, this behaviour seemed very natural. It was a big muscle guy from the African decent. I understand its wicks and you always serving builders ect so I can expect it wont be the typical sir/madam service, but should atleast acknowledge customers. Guess service is not as important these days.
