   Today me and my family came to this screwfix in search of a certain product we had previously purchased from this branch. The first 3 members of staff we spoke to were absolutely useless, and had told us they weren’t sure what it was. They then called over their manager, Louise. She went absolutely above and beyond for us; she found the item within minutes, and even offered us advice on how to fit said item. It was clear that she was a experienced member of staff compared to the others and I’m very greatful for her help.

   I have just been to collect some items I ordered. I went to the counter to collect I said hello no response she gave me the items I ordered I said thank you no response. I don’t think she likes her job or people. General courtesy is a great life skill.
