I usually have a great experience with other Toolstation branches, but my recent visit to Toolstation Dartford was disappointing. Despite being the only customer in the shop, I had to wait about 15 minutes to be served, even though there were 3 or 4 staff members walking around, seemingly trying to look busy. Their attitude was quite rude and unfriendly, which is not something I’ve encountered at other branches. I expected better service, especially since the store wasn’t busy at the time.
Ann at Toolstation provided fantastic customer service. She was incredibly helpful, walking me through products and services I was unfamiliar with. Her guidance made all the difference. Ann is a true asset to the company and an exemplary representative. Thank you!
