   Ordered wardrobe from these guys last July. Delivered and was fitted damaged, this was reported to them. I’ve been attempting to get them to rectify issue since July. The latest attempt I was promised Saturday repair and nobody turned up. Ongoing issues without ever rectifying problem, £800 wasted! I would advise not to use them, as any issues they are incredibly difficult to contact and seems almost impossible to get anywhere in regards to repair. I have screenshots of all conversations with them, and also pictures of damaged wardrobe to verify this review. STRONGLY ADVISE TO GO ELSEWHERE

   Once upon a time we had every type of shop in the high street, often lived in by their owners. When I was young (70 years ago) that was the norm. We still have a traditional butchers and the excellent HOUSE 2 HOME, but what else. When I was very small my Grand Aunts took me on a day out to Epping Market on the Green Line Coach from the Green Man Leytonstone. There was even an animal market then. I want us all to support House 2 Home into the future. It must be the only ship in Epping that could replace a Woolworths. Not that we ever had one of those. .

   This shop has literally everything for the home and DIY, plumbing etc. Tools, paint, electrical equipment, lots of specialist items for random jobs and repairs. A real treasure trove. Reasonable prices especially for the convenience of having this on my doorstep. This is always my go-to store if I need something very specific for a job. Owner and family are very welcoming and friendly, always offer to help.

   An fantasic little shop that seems to have everything. I have lost track of how many times this shop has helped me get a tricky item I needed quickly without having to travel off to a specialist shore to find. The owners are beautiful people, they are very friendly, helpful and kind natured. They have this way about them - when you walk away from the store you feel better;-) If you have ever met someone like that before you will know exactly what I mean. Suffice to say, would highly recommend.

   Very helpful staff, who showed me the options for aerial leads and connections. Also reccomended suitable replacement bulbs which included LED options, which worked out exceptionally well. Please use this shop who are a great asset in Epping High Street.
