   I've always been a fan of Wilko but this experience absolutely changed that! Although the stores have closed you can still shop online. I purchased an item, which was sent in an open damaged box. It was clearly a previous return or display item. The item was of course damaged. I contacted customer service, they offered a replacement or refund. I opted for the refund. 2 months later after many emails from me I received a part refund. I contacted them again, they said that they have escalated the issue and it will take 48 hours. I heard nothing. Needless to say they stopped responding to my emails and I ended up having to open a dispute with my bank. Do not buy from these crooks with absolutely zero customer service!

   I paid a visit here to get a few bits and bobs. Boy was I disappointed. Not in the staff when you could find one as they seem very few and far between, when I did find one they were very helpful. But this Wilkinson is very different from the one I knew. There is hardly any stock on the shelves and the who place seems very tired. Maybe it is closing down, as it certainly gives that impression. Or maybe they just need to have a good look at the competition ( home bargains) to see what they are missing out on.

   Disgusting rude service as in a wheelchair no staff upstairs wanted to get a curtain pole had to ask other customers if they could get someone as no prices at all on stand lady came up fuming telling me she's been ordered up here when there is always prices was I looking in the correct place!!! So ride there were NO PRICES, did I get an apology from her NO she just walked off DREADFUL STAFF

   Love the store but this one seems half empty, especially the upstairs area, things are randomly all over the place too. Couldent find price for something as simple as a washing basket. Overall though wilkos are great

   Wilko, to my mind, is the new Woolworth's, if you need something but don't know where to get it, try Wilko's. The Bexleyheath branch is large and well stocked. The one major criticism that I used to have, that the checkouts were very slow, has been largely rectified.

   You don't have to queue outside there is plenty of staff on the tills so customers are served quickly. Every step has been taken to avoid covid19.
