   Staff are helpful however the prices on the shelf is not displayed correctly on the product. I ordered a board and had to come again to order the right one as they had the wrong label on display.

   Good place, decent prices and stuff are well laid out the customer service is not the best but it is a traders shop There is parking and also in the parking lot js a burger van which is one of the best round here so sometimes the visit is just perfect with a burger

   I visited the store alone, naively thinking I could lift the tiles off the shelves onto the trolley, then out to the car by myself. When I asked a member of staff at the till for help, she quickly asked a colleague to come to help me. A polite young man (I think his name is Callum) came and helped me lift packs of tiles onto the trolley, then wheeled them to the till for me to pay, then helped me load them into my car. I then realised I hadn’t got enough tiles and went back into the store. Callum helped me a second time. There weren’t enough packs of the tiles I wanted on the shelf so he checked the system for stock, then went to the stockroom and asked a forklift driver to get some down before wheeling them over to me on the shop floor. Again he pushed the trolley out the my car and loaded everything for me. I was really impressed with the service I received. Callum was so polite and helpful, I wouldn’t have been able to make my purchase without his help. He is a credit to the company.

   Good selection of tools, decent prices. The service on the till is a little to be desired. No greetings, acknowledgement, or even a smile when being served. Don't expect a nice treatment.
