I attended the Rainham branch as I am doing a whole house refurbishment and was in need of a huge quantity of products. I explained to the sales gentleman called Mike, O'loughlin the materials I needed. On a few material I was unsure of the quantity / type to use to which he took the time to explain to me the different options. Furthermore he had great knowledge on all the materials I needed for the refurbishment. Other competitive providers had also given me a quote on the materials however AGAIN, Mike went beyond expectations and compared the materials other providers were showing to theirs. It turned out Travis Perkins surpassed their competitors on the quality side, AND value wise. Mike was fast with placing the order, was clear with communications and because of this my project won't be delayed. A true example of above and beyond, thank you Mike.

Very poor customer service. Purchased something online and paid for. When went to collect after an hour was told the item is not in stock. I had to travel all the way and there was no apology. Someone could have called to inform that the item is out of stock so save my trip
